Sunny the Squirrel raced up the tallest tree, her fur shining in the morning sunlight. Down below, Lila the Lizard stretched on a warm stone. “Come on, Lila!” called Sunny. “Let’s chase the sun!” Lila grinned and scampered after her friend. The sun beamed across the forest, lighting up dewdrops and painting the world gold. Sunny and Lila followed a sunbeam through the tall grass, giggling as butterflies fluttered past. Suddenly, they reached a clearing filled with sunflowers swaying in the breeze, their faces turned toward the sky. “It’s a sun dance!” squeaked Lila. Sunny twirled among the flowers, laughing. “Let’s join in!” They danced and played, basking in the warmth and light. As the sun climbed higher, a golden breeze swept the field, making every flower sparkle. At sunset, Sunny and Lila hugged and promised to chase the sun again tomorrow, their hearts bright as sunshine.
